COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE BY MD LUKMAN ALAM (DUMPING PROBLEM)

Dumping error in computer when starting computer and it restart after few second is it RAM problem or no?
Ram problem

There is problem in computer starting when it start the computer make sound twi...twi... this may be RAM Problem computer make sound twi twi... where my processor is more than 2 ghz intel core 2 duo cpu and there is nothing in usb attached monitor is good nothing problem found in monitor mother board is intel g41 and RAM is 1 gb it make sound when i want to try to start the computer and if i remove ram and then clean it by mouth and then it doesn't make any sound it start normaly it mean the computer does not have any problem ram is the disease of this problem.
Otherwise This problem is come after/bitween format then insert that cd/DVD this used first time formating and by mistake during the formatting  removed by other user.
Then formate again completly
